I hereby acknowledge and agree to participate voluntarily in the workshop hosted by Xela College of Design. In consideration for being allowed to attend and engage in the workshop activities, I hereby release and indemnify Xela College of Design, its officers, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with my participation in the workshop.

I understand and assume all risks associated with the workshop activities and agree to hold Xela College of Design harmless from any claims, demands, or actions that may arise as a result of my participation.
This indemnity covers, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during the workshop.

I further agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by Xela College of Design during the workshop. This indemnity shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
